Garden Crypt Mausoleum
In 1983 Marion Cemetery Association constructed the first garden crypt mausoleum in Marion county. Beautiful in its stateliness, reverent in its visual approach, quite, calm and respectful in its offering.
A crypt (a space inside the walls of the mausoleum specifically designed for the casket) is now offered as an alternative to in ground internment. The crypts are clean, dry and have the security of an all granite exterior, conveniently located near the main entrance of the historic side and the Four Seasons Complex located just east of the Harding Memorial.
The Garden Crypt is a dignified monument of ageless beauty. This magnificent shrine provides additional options for families and is well within the means of everyone. Marion Cemetery has several different arrangements for dry, above ground entombments including tandem double crypts, single side-by-side crypts and private estate companion monuments.
