Cremation Boulders and Niches

  

Traditional burial of remains is available at Marion Cemetery in the many tree and flower adorned sections surrounded with vistas of spacious lawns, massed and blended shrubbery and beds of colorful blossoms; a perfect setting of restful peace in quiet harmony. But, with the ever increasing trend of cremation, Marion Cemetery exclusively offers cremation boulders and niches in various above ground granite structures.  Each internment is recognized with a personalized bronze plaque as a time enduring memorial for future generations. We also offer the cremation bench as an alternative to the boulder or niche.

Added as a new option in 2002, the Serenity Garden cremation boulder gardens were developed. The concept incorporates the ever-lasting attributes of granite and bronze to offer a unique concept of individuality in harmony with nature. These boulders are available as singles, companions, or family groupings conveniently placed in a landscaped natural setting.

Also, in 2007, the cemetery added a columbarium niche in the Serenity Garden. This structure is built of granite with individual niches which holds cremation urns. Each space (or niche) is inscribed commemorating your loved ones life.
